Bulk Milk Cooler

We are offering Bulk Milk Coolers Close Type that can be used for the storage and cooling of milk. Circular/elliptical in shape, these Coolers are very efficient and completely made of SS 304. Direct Expansion ensures rapid cooling of milk. These are also manufactured as per ISO 5708 norms (latest version). Highly efficient CIP (Cleaning in Place) ensures hygiene. These types of Coolers are available in 3000 – 10000 Ltrs capacities. Fully automatic CIP of tank is also available.

Direct Expansion
Circular Vertical Type

Available in 200 – 1000 Ltrs capacity. Upto 400 Ltrs. capacities the Condensing Unit is below the cooling tank to save space requirement and are very suitable where space is constraint. These Coolers confirms ISO 5708 (latest version) norms with latest versions. PUF injected insulation ensures minimum heat loss. Thermostat has been provided to ensure that the temperature of milk remains as desired, always. These units are of Plug & play type and do not require any installation.

IBT Type

This is a unique system which cools the milk. The Cooler has two Tanks one Milk Tank and one Water Tank. Water is chilled to 4°C. After pouring the milk in the tank, the chilled water is sprayed all over the Milk Tank and the milk temperature comes down at desired temperature in minimum time. The complete Cooler is made of SS 304 and has a very efficient PUF insulation. The Cooler is available with 2000 – 5000 Ltrs capacity.

INTEGRATED
TYPE

This is a unique system which cools the milk. The Cooler has two integrated Tanks one Milk Tank and other Water Tank. After pouring the milk in the tank, the chilled water is sprayed all over the Milk Tank and the milk temperature comes down after desired time. Milk chiller is also provided to cool the milk to desire temperature. The complete Cooler is made of SS 304 and has a very efficient PUF insulation. The Cooler is available with 2000 – 10000 Ltrs capacity available in horizontal mounting position & above 10000 to 20000 it is available in vertical mounting position.

Heat
Recovery Unit
