Milk Pasteurization
Today, the process of pasteurization is widely used within the food and milk industry, and it is the most common form of heat treatment used on milk within world. Pasteurization makes sure milk is safe to drink (by killing any bacteria) and also helps to prolong its shelf life.
The process of pasteurization involves heating milk around 80°C for at least 15 seconds and not more than 25 seconds. Because of the nature of the heat treatment it sometimes referred to as the High Temperature Short Time (HTST) process. Once the milk has been heated, it is then cooled very quickly to less than 3°C. The equipment which is used to heat and cool the milk is called a ‘heat exchanger’. When the milk has been pasteurized it is bottled or packaged to be sold to consumers.

Batch Pasteurization
Batch type pasteurizers are available in the capacities of 300 – 1000Ltrs. These pasteurizers are suitable for heating media of Steam as well as for Hot Water. The Outer Shell is manufactured out of SS Sheet as per the requirement of customers and Inner Shell is made of SS 304 & dimple type Jacket is provided Made up from SS 304. The high density injected PUF ensures high quality Insulation. The low speed Agitator ensures smooth mixing of milk. Necessary Controls are provided to control the flow of Heating media and pressure.
Flow Pasteurization
HTST Type flow pasteurizers are available in the capacity of 500 – 30000Litres per hour. These are suitable for the milk processing plants of 5000 – 200000 Litre per day. The PHE’s (Plate Heat Exchanger) are very efficient in heat transfer and heat regeneration. The system is complete with Flow control valves, Temperature recorder, Temperature controller, Control Panel, Auto Milk Diversion Valve.
In Turn-key type projects we provide all necessary accessories like Motorized Can Conveyor, Dump Tank, Weigh Bowl, Weighing Scale, Can Drip Saver, Can Scrubber, Milk Transfer Pumps and high-quality Pipes and fittings. These all products are manufactured by SS 304 material, in house and under our strict quality norms. The system is installed and commissioned by our expert execution team to the entire satisfaction to customers.
Cleaning In Place (CIP)
We offer Skid Mounted Cleaning In Place System for any capacity of Milk Processing Unit. Highly efficient, fully or semi-automatic CIP (Cleaning in place) system are available with auto/manual dosing facility. These units are suitable for small, medium & big dairies, breweries & food processing units.
The CIP system is very efficient and available with all three versions, fully automatic, semi-automatic & manual. The System can be used for all cleanable objects in dairy breweries & food processing unit. The system can be used for all product lines including milk storage tanks and Milk Silos.The Tanks used for Holding CIP Solution ranges from 1000Ltr to 7000Ltr & flow of CIP solution from 10000LPH to 30000LPH.
Storage Tanks
Milk is a liquid and therefore requires a container at every stage of movement from the cow to the consumer. We design and manufacture customized Storage Tanks required in the process plants for storage of milk and other liquids.
Milk Silo
Milk Silos are Vertical storage tanks and available in 10000 – 150000 Ltrs capacities. These are vertical milk storage tanks which are used to store milk in 4 degree of temperature for up to 24 hrs. The inner and outer shells are manufactured by high quality SS 304 sheet. High quality Agitator has been provided at the top in the case of small capacity and incase of the bigger capacity silo, it is placed on the side of it for efficient mixing off the milk. CIP has been provided for to maintain high class cleaning.
Complete PUF Or PUF and Thermocol ensures efficient insulation even at very high ambient temperature. Semi Automatic Silos have the feature of Milk level sensors which shows the level of milk. It is also provided with a level indicator.
Fully automatic Silos have features of automatic Milk loading/unloading, Level indicators , & auto monitoring of Agitator etc. The Silo can be synchronised with the existing system available with the dairy.
Horizontal Milk Storage Tank
These Milk Storage tanks are Horizontal in shape and are available in 2000 – 20000 Ltrs. capacity. The Inner shell of the tank is manufactured with SS 304 Sheet while the outer shell is manufactured with SS or MS sheet as per the requirement of customers. Inject PUF ensures high quality Insulation. The Tank comes with and without compartments.
Low speed Agitator ensures smooth mixing of milk. CIP has been provided for efficient cleaning. Sand Blasted or Itching marking has been provided to know the exact quantity of the milk, in the Tank.
Road Milk Tankers
We manufacture Road Milk Tankers, Insulated Vans & Refrigerated Vans. Milk tankers are mounted on vehicles for milk transfer. We make ensure easy filling, unloading of Milk and cleaning of Road Milk Tanker and thus ensuring hygiene and safety. The tankers are available in different capacities and with multiple compartment option.
Road Milk Tankers
We manufacture Road Milk Tankers to fit any Truck/Trailer size. These Tankers are manufactured by using SS 304 in the inner Shell, also the Outer Shell is manufactured by using SS Sheets. The Tankers are available either with compartments or without them. For efficient cleaning, CIP system has been provided. The tankers are PUF Insulated, hence there is negligible heat losses.
Necessary Valves and fittings have been provided for Drainage. An exceptional CIP system ensures best hygiene.
Insulated Vans &
Refrigerated Vans
These Vans have their inside cladded with Aluminum Chequred plate and their outside surface is cladded with GI color coated sheets. Bottom of van provided with insulation topped by aluminum Chequred plate . Vans are supported with Fabricated Z section vertical supports. The vans are PUF Insulated to avoid any heat losses. Suitable refrigeration unit is provided considering temperature requirement.
